For your Tuscan holidays, "Villa Il Giuggiolo" is the perfect place with its private swimming pool surrounded by the Valdichiana countryside.
Villa il Giuggiolo is completely independent ancient country house and is located on the edge of Montalla, a small country village in a corner of the Val di Chiana.
A few minutes from Cortona, the holiday home enjoys the tranquility of the countryside and, despite being in an extremely quiet position, is also well connected both with the city center of Cortona and with the main roads. Supermarkets, shops, banks, railway station and restaurants are within a few minutes by car. It is a fantastic base point for your daily excursions to the most famous locations in Tuscany and Umbria.
The garden of about 1300 square meters , divided into 2 separate sectors, is surrounded by natural hedges and shaded by some large trees. You will find outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers, deck chairs, Weber charcoal barbecues. You can access by car from two different entrances, in both you will find shaded parking spaces under a pergola for up to six cars, plus some more free parking spaces.
The fenced pool for exclusive use is located just outside the garden of the house
Villa il Giuggiolo is divided into 2 apartments of equal size for a total of 6 double or twin bedrooms, four bathrooms and two distinct living areas with well equipped and functional kitchens, dining tables and antique fireplaces. You will also have satellite TV with national and international channels.
The upper apartment is accessed directly from the external stairs and from the private garden, with a lovely pergola above the loggia, shaded by a jasmine. The large antique fireplace is freely usable.
The lower apartment is instead entirely on the ground floor and directly accessible from the garden.
